Modern Luxe Studio + Free Parking + King Bed (Suite 6)

Le séjour s’est très bien passé et je recommande vivement cet établissement à Memphis! Positive: Tout était parfait; la chambre et les équipements sont tout à fait adaptés à ce dont nous avions besoin. Le studio est très joli, l’extérieur également. Le parking sécurisé est aussi apprécié. Negative: Rien

We had an excellent stay in a very convenient apartment!

Would stay again. Positive: Good location, close to downtown, gated parking (vehicles larger than a Jeep Grand Cherokee will have to park in the overflow, ungated area behind the building), nicely finished, prompt communication with management, spacious, clean. We would stay again but try to get an upstairs (#7-12) room. Negative: The people above us walked around a good while and we couldn't sleep through it - they came in at 1130pm and were back up waking around by 7am, which meant we didn't get a much sleep as desired before another long day of driving. It may be a good idea to add more carpeting/rugs to the upstairs rooms or let those guests know their footsteps are easily heard in the room below them. We read some complains on the bed and wanted to share this as an FYI for others. The bed isn't a traditional bed with springs (it's more memory foam like), which was ok but not what we typically sleep on. However, it was comfy enough for us and we like soft beds.

Quaint, comfortable and convenient! Would recommend anyone to stay here. Positive: Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Negative: Couldn’t get in the gate with the code provided. Called and they were on their way when I was able to access the code and the gate opened. Very beautiful inside.
