Positive: A very nice apartment, secure free parking, easy walk to downtown Memphis attractions, 15 mins to Graceland by car. Aldi nearby for food shop.

The studio just made our trip that much more enjoyable as it was so perfect and cozy!
Positive: We use the eating area outside for a picnic lunch. The location is close to Beale Street where we did most of our activities on the day we explored.
Negative: Other guests are rude, which is not the property owners problem. Door slamming, music or TV blaring till 12 1230 at night.
