The location was amazing. The host responded in less than a minute. It’s clean and very upscale. Positive: The property was amazing.

This was a beautiful location with great sized rooms and full kitchen. Positive: The location was beautiful. The size of the room(s) was perfect and there were many extra touches like the books, guitar on the wall that made it homey. The bathroom was very large. Negative: There were no tissues and it would have been nice to have a 4 piece setting of silverware and plates. Parking was very tight and the parking in the rear was hard to find, especially if you arrive at night.

Would stay here again and would recommend it. Positive: Location Negative: Nothing

Great location, great services and very clean. Positive: I was given a door code that we used the entire time we there for the room and for the gate. Location is close to downtown but not in the heart of downtown. One block from the police department and very safe. Room was clean and well-furnished and was able to use Uber to get around to avoid parking downtown. Memphis is far cleaner that I remember it from fifty years ago and probably cleanest city I have been in ever. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Memphis. Negative: This one is almost silly, but a power strip was intermittently. I contacted the owner and they were very responsive. Communication with the owner were by text and they responded as soon as I texted them.

Positive: The House keeper is so free and helpful when needing her while already doing other task that's a Major plus
