Just OK... Positive: This place was okay... It had a very sour smell. We got used to it after being in the room for a while, but every time we left and came back the smell was very strong to us again. If you are choosing this because it has gated parking, be aware that there is not enough parking for all of the units. The first night we had to park in the alley behind and it is not gated.

Would and will stay again. Positive: Good location, clean, quiet, and nicely prepared for my stay. Negative: The mattress was uncomfortable for someone that is a side sleeper, as myself.

Beautiful apartment, well provisioned and comfortable. Positive: Lovely decorated apartment which is well provisioned with a full kitchen and the apartment was very comfortable. Easy to find just on main road. Only about a mile from Beale street. Parking is tight at the front of the apartment but we always managed to park in from of our apartment and it's easy to back out as the main road is not busy. There are other parking spaces available if people are not confident parking in small spaces. Washer and dryer available without charge which was excellent for us. The management team communicated well and nothing was a problem if we needed to contact them. Apartment complex quiet even though all rooms seemed to be full. Negative: Nothing

Comfortable apartment but very noisy people outside and upstairs Positive: Comfortable bed Negative: Area was very noisy with people shouting and slamming car doors all through the night
