Positive: Great location, and a lovely spacious and clean apartment with all the required amenities. There was also a lovely and unexpected selection of snacks, as well as a few cosmetic / toiletry extras. Negative: Nothing!!!

10/10 hands down! Positive: The space was excellent, clean and comfortable. I felt extremely safe and there was great accessibility to the rest of the city. Amit was super responsive and allowed me to check in quite early. I will definitely stay again and have already recommended to others. For the price, location and value, it’s the best Memphis option, in my opinion!

Safe and sound Positive: Matched description, cozy and prepped with essentials. Also, cute vanity area :) Parking was free, easy to maneuver. Quiet overall but may hear rustling from neighbors every now and then. Walkable enough to get a bite to eat. I only did a day trip but would stay again to explore the area more. Host sent info ahead of time and provided a warm welcome via text and pamphlets. Negative: n/a
