Sehr empfehlenswert! Positive: Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die beste auf der 3 wöchigen Reise. Neuwertig, und sehr gemütlich. Sehr gutes Bett, gemütliche Couch und eine Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist. Auch Kaffee (auch gute Kaffeemaschine), Zucker, Gewürze vorhanden. Alle Küchenutensilien. Großes Bad, sogar mit Schminktisch. Großer Fernseher mit Netflix. Tür und Einfahrtstor mit Code. Parkplatz direkt und gesichert beim Gebäude. Vor der Türe kleines Balkonset zum draußen sitzen und ein großer allgemeiner Sitzbereich im Hof. Es ist sogar ein Griller vorhanden. 2 Minuten zu Fuß ins Sunrise Lokal zum Frühstücken wenn man will. Es gibt gute Tipps vom Vermieter (Lokale, aktuelle Veranstaltungen etc) Angenehme dimmbare Beleuchtung. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Preis Leistung top! Lage ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Negative: wirklich gar nichts:)

Wonderful, secure apt not too far away from the action. Positive: I loved it was near the action but far enough for quiet and privacy. The decor and amenities were carefully thought of. Loved the stocked kitchen w appliances and cooking utensils, comfy bed, large bathroom w a makeup table, quality towels, etc.. The bldg laundry facility was a plus.

Positive: Alles in het appartement was aanwezig. Goede lokatie. Zitje buiten voor de deur was super om te ontbijten. Negative: Niets

Perfect Positive: This was an amazing place to stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Beale street is a 30 min stroll or a 5 min $9 taxi ride. Really central and totally safe. We would definitely pick here if we come back to Memphis. Negative: We feel it was underpriced for what it provided so will probably cost more next time. But totally worth it!!!
