Luxe Modern loft w/ King Bed, Free Parking & Fast WiFi (Suite 11)

Perfect for your Memphis experience. Positive: Location was wonderful and I felt very safe (close proximity to the university). The whole area including the property was exceptionally clean. The mattress was comfortable and all the little comforts of a basic kitchen were there. There was a breakfast spot the next street over that was amazing! The cleaning staff were great and courteous! Negative: The entrance was a little cumbersome because you entered through a gate (with a code) into a parking lot and you had to exit through the same gate by backing out because the lot is too small to turn around. There is a small lot around back that isn’t gated which we chose to use after the first day because it was easier. You still entered the property through a locked gate though. I wouldn’t recommend this property for someone who isn’t steady on their feet unless you are very specific in requesting a bottom level apartment and you have to park in the lot behind because the gated parking lot is sloped and there are a lot of stairs (no elevator) to the top level apartments. We did run out of hot water towards the end of two showers in the morning so I recommend taking a shower early or the night before.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Positive: Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die beste auf der 3 wöchigen Reise. Neuwertig, und sehr gemütlich. Sehr gutes Bett, gemütliche Couch und eine Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist. Auch Kaffee (auch gute Kaffeemaschine), Zucker, Gewürze vorhanden. Alle Küchenutensilien. Großes Bad, sogar mit Schminktisch. Großer Fernseher mit Netflix. Tür und Einfahrtstor mit Code. Parkplatz direkt und gesichert beim Gebäude. Vor der Türe kleines Balkonset zum draußen sitzen und ein großer allgemeiner Sitzbereich im Hof. Es ist sogar ein Griller vorhanden. 2 Minuten zu Fuß ins Sunrise Lokal zum Frühstücken wenn man will. Es gibt gute Tipps vom Vermieter (Lokale, aktuelle Veranstaltungen etc) Angenehme dimmbare Beleuchtung. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Preis Leistung top! Lage ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Negative: wirklich gar nichts:)
