Good stay if you have a car and want to stay outside the hustle and bustle Positive: The rooms were spacious and the free parking was great although the parking out front is quite tight. The communication from the host was superb. The Sunrise cafe around the corner was excellent for breakfast. Negative: Although the building is in quite a quiet area of Memphis, it is close to the hospital so you could quite clearly hear vehicles related to that. Location wise, we walked to Beale street in the day and felt perfectly safe, however I am not sure I would want to walk back in the evening.

Convenient, comfortable and well thought out. Positive: We’ll thought out property, that included all those necessary extras like oil to cook with, salt pepper etc. Good bathroom with separate vanity/make-up area. Good security and a safe street. Good kitchen. Negative: Parking is a little tricky, but you get used to it.

Positive: It felt right at home. The layout has everything you need and more. Negative: N/A

Negative: The kitchenware could be improved, as there were not enough frying pans and the bottoms of the pots were scratched. Also, the bathtub did not drain properly.

Disaster! Positive: Noit much! Room was decent but no air when we arrived. Had to contact someone to get codes to get on to property. Parking is only big enough for a bicycle. They had a wedding in the street next to the property and people had it blocked in and out.Went back home 5 minutes after arriving. And this was our wedding anniversary. Negative: Everything 🥲🤬
