Only book if you don't like safety, clean, peace; things can be wild there❗️ Positive: Good A/C. Fairly clean at first impression. 1 mile from town, but read my negative experience below too!! Negative: Ibooking an apartment for me it is simple; it needs to be safe/peaceful, clean and comfortable. If these are not your criteria stop reading. If you do want that; don't book at this condo "moose" complex because you will NOT be satisfied. Why? Keep on reading: First impression of apartment is positive, nicely decorated and fairly clean. If you look closer it is dusty, pieces of wraps, hair behind bed and corners, don't dare to look under the bed! At night outside lights remain on, these are located where your bed is, no curtains to blind out light and via front door lots of light comes in, see photos enclosed with dust, dirt and dodgy area around. Here is our adventure, the 1 st day next door drugs were used, more than maximum number of people in that apartment, which is also a "moose" apartment, all night noise against all property rules, we didn't sleep because of that! The worst sound insulation ever. You can hear all noise from neighbours and street. Second day we were sitting outside and the firebrigade in full sound and swing came to the property with no one of management present. We talked to them and allowed them to enter the gates, because in our country it is an offence if you hinder emergency services. After this we informed the owner named Ahmed about the issues going. He got offensive via message service and also in person. The only thing he could say to us was: "we were free to leave and not should feel stuck in there", no excuses and certainly no emphatic reaction or gesture to acknowledge time and effort for our initiatives during our holiday. We felt unsafe in the vicinity of the apartment. Neighbourhood is dodgy, homeless people, weed smell, trash in streets, we didn't dare to walk outside after dark. You are pretty close to town 1 mile but walking is still challenging safety wise.
